Frank has never missed a day of work in his life, never put off doing a job when it could be done right there and then, but when Frank finds himself on the wrong side of middle age and unemployed, his life begins to unravel. Desperately in search of some kind of focus Frank decides, along with the support of his mates, to prepare himself for a cross channel swim. Well acted, good hearted British drama in the same vein as those occasionally run away successes such as The Full Monty.
